PREREQUISITE: Attendees must have a Gmail (Google) account and know the password to log in from a computer in order to attend these sessions.

Class #5: Google Meet & Google Forms

Google Forms is the Form and Survey application attached to your Google account. After understanding its display screen, you will learn to:

• create a form
• add questions to the form
• send a form
• link a form to a spreadsheet and view form responses.

Google Meet is the video meeting application attached to your Google account. You will learn how to

• schedule a meeting from Google Calendar
• join a video meeting.
• use the Meet display screen before presenting your screen in a meeting
• manage meetings
• change audio and video settings
• start a video meeting from Gmail and Google Meet

Project: Create a survey, and a video conference call.
