E-I-E-I-O! Join in our summer Reading Adventures by painting farm themed wooden shapes! Adventurers ages 10 and under are invited to get their creative juices flowing with this fun craft.

Please note, parents/guardians must remain in the room and actively assist their children during this program.

Small children will need parent assistance to ensure they do not paint on themselves or the library's tables,chairs, floor, and walls.  An art smock or old tshirt is highly recommended for those participants who might not have as much fine motor control or attention span at this event. While the paint typically dries quickly, thick layers and excessive application which sometimes occurs when children are painting, may make it necessary for you to carry home your artwork while the paint is still very wet.  Please plan in advance for this situation as we do not have boxes for you to carry home wet items.  Plastic zipper bags will be available but can smear and ruin wet paint artwork.
